•Provide advanced support and technical knowledge to clients and other support staff, solving a variety of complex problems including server, security, network, desktop, and application•Design, sell and implement new system and application solutions for clients in a variety of industries.•Build relationships with both new and existing customers. Meet with clients to discuss business needs, creating and implementing new solutions based on those needs.•Create documentation and conduct training for both internal support staff and client use.

•Remote and onsite support for law office end users. •Maintain computer desktop environment analyzing tickets, installing hardware and software solutions, and escalating internally or to a vendor for timely resolution.

•Analyze technical cases providing primarily remote support, occasionally including onsite support to non-profit organizations located all over the United States. •Implement project resource support from analyzing client needs to the technical execution of the project.

•Oversee assigned clients’ regular maintenance and support of system infrastructure and network; communicating both with in-house team and end-users. Clients in a variety of industries, primary focus on healthcare. •Contribute to project resource support on a variety of projects including helpdesk support, network migration support, and anti-virus migration.

•Administer IT support primarily break/fix support to clients in a variety of industries and IT environments with a primary focus on education and healthcare. •Technology Lead for elementary and middle school, Implement and maintain the support of MLTI HP learning solution for the school system. Build and maintain school website to enhance school communication and information with the community.

•Provide technical support to both faculty and students operating in the ticket system, email queue, and walk-in inquiries. Troubleshooting problems included account lockouts, hardware troubleshooting, and virus troubleshooting. •Maintain classroom technology including desktops, laptops, printers, thin clients, and AV equipment.

•Maintain in-house desktop support services for Aroostook Technologies Inc. clients. Supporting in-house desktop machines and troubleshoot daily user issues.

•Deliver the daily newspaper in a profession and quick fashion. Deliver the newspaper to customer requested location. Inform customers about specials the Bangor Daily is holding. Hold newspapers upon customer request.
