Acted as a liaison for constituents wishing to voice an opinion or request aid from the Congressman. Handled office business with respect and confidentiality while working to resolve a plethora of issues in person and over the phone. Acted as a professional extension of the Congressman in order to satisfy constituents in the district.

Reinforced concepts taught in Microeconomics for students that were either absent from class or seeking better understanding of the concepts. Created lesson plans and study guides to offer alternative learning opportunities.
