During me leadership of Operations, I was also responsible for the Customer Service and Costings teams.- Responsible for 75 staff on the Dunlop Foams site with 6 Direct reports and for a period of time was responsible for 100 staff on the Sleepmaker site with 7 direct reports.- Responsible for the Site profit and loss.- During the last 12 month, managed a sudden increase in production on the Dunlop Foams QLD site. The site doubled in volume from both a foam production and foam conversion perspective.- As a QLD team, we took the leadership on Lean Manufacturing and Competitive Edge in the business and took the QLD site to the highest rated site in 5S and house keeping in the business. We sent some of our staff to other sites to steer them in the right direction to be able to achieve the same result.- Maintain an on time delivery performance of 95% or higher on a monthly basis.- Implement and maintain WHS standards on site.- Setting up and maintain performance measures for staff.- Invest time in continues improvement projects for the site. - Started a Quality system for the Dunlop Foam site (still in progress)

- Recruit, train, develop and lead the QLD sales team.- Implementation and monitoring of sales targets/ budgets for the sales team including incentive schemes.- Responsible for setting the year's sales budgets for the State.- Identify and develop new sales growth opportunities.- Personally responsible for the State 3 Top customers equating to 30% of total Sales.- Assisting the Sales team with customer visits and assisting with sales opportunities to help making them successful in their roles.- Increased State market share to around 80%.- Involved in New product development and was also part of the National team with new product development.
