Provide operational leadership to the Deaconess Family Care Clinic of Kingfisher; handle budgeting, billing, staffing, scheduling, electronic recordkeeping; set and monitor quality and safety; recruit, hire, and develop staff; perform corrective action, including termination, as necessary; attend and chair various hospital committee meetings, audit patient files and handle patient/staff complaints/grievances; collaborate with IT and other depts. or services to address and resolve issues; work as administrative liaison between our campus' staff and main campus administration
