Dividend Processing and Allocation• Reconciliation and Allocation of all income entitlements for listed equities • Ensure income is received and processed to client accounts in a timely and efficient manner in accordance with specified pay dates/SLA’s• Completion of year end tax statement processing for all listed unit trusts and stapled securities. Ensuring correct and accurate processing of Tax Statements - Actual vs Internal • Investigation of Tax statement exceptions• Ensure Cash Suspense accounts are cleared and fully reconciled on a weekly basisAsset transfers• Completion of all transfer & transmission activities within the Operations department• Completion of Estate Transmissions and Transfers ensuring that client’s instructions are acted upon in a timely and accurate manner. • Completion of internal movements between estate and beneficiary sub accounts as per instructions from account management / estate officer, with relevant CGT and cost base information• Completion of General External Assets Transfers for all client and asset types • Ensure appropriate stamp duties are paid for specific asset transfers.• Liaising with registries and fund managers to ensure appropriate documentation is lodged to ensure timely transfer of assets

• Calculating and managing the daily movement of funds to and from the business.• Ensure Client and Market obligations are meet including the physical movement of cash • Assembly of statistical financial data in order to assist the finance and treasury teams with the reporting of regulatory (capital monitoring) and tax requirements• Manage the business trust processing functions and obligations• Manage and review all daily, weekly, monthly reconciliation items, including general and trust bank accounts and general ledger balances• Processing of cash journals
