Successfully interact with customers to fulfill their spare and replacement parts requirements as well as their aftermarket purchase needs. Strong focus was always placed on positive customer interaction as well as accurate and timely solutions to their needs. Helping customers to understand exactly what was being provided while highlighting the value added benefits has always been a focus.

Work closely with customers in the RV and Recreational Trailer industries in order to provide quick and accurate responses regarding product status, upcoming production issues and updated lead times. In order to provide the best information possible, I lead a daily production meeting with our company department heads. The majority of my day is spent working towards giving the customer the best experience possible when working with Challenger Door.

I serve as the one point of conact for Harman's central European region. My customers rely on me for fast and accurate inventory status, order entry, logistics information as well as numerous other support functions. This role allows our distributors to make informed descisions while providing the needed support to their customers. Continual focus on customer service ensures that our sales team can concentrate on sales rather than issues.
