Precept reaches nearly 180 countries in 70 languages with Bible Study materials and leader training. I architect solutions to business needs and initiatives, oversee our applications, and manage the applications team. During the launch of a new brand, Yarrow, I helped with the development of the new technologies needed. The largest of these was a new mobile app. This included vetting new technologies, building integrations, reviewing hundreds of thousands of lines of code, ensuring designs were solid, contributing to code, testing, setting up CI/CD and managing sprint planning and the team. I have also worked to enhance integrations and automations to simplify employee workload. These integrations have several hundred thousand runs each month, saving valuable employee time. Then in applications like Salesforce and NetSuite I have built automations, workflows, and processes to simplify the work and make things easier for the users. Also for the Yarrow launch a new online store and website were added. I also was heavily involved in our Amazon launch and the integrations needed there for order, fulfillment, and reconciliation. I also competed an analysis of system architecture and identified areas to improve in. I helped migrate to a new donation platform and added new integrations. Currently working on continued enhancements to our mobile app, more integrations, enhancements to Salesforce, and incorporating AI.

Developed integrations, Salesforce development and administration, NetSuite development, managed websites and online store. I built a leadership application to help automate the process. I was the tech lead on reimplementing Salesforce. This involved extensive requirements gathering, designing new processes, overseeing development, testing, and deployment. We also implemented CI/CD for Salesforce development.

Developed APIs for Applications and managed Salesforce and integrations. I helped architect a new platform for Bible study leaders to list groups and members to register, and I built a custom REST API using APEX and corresponding data structures for this. I also managed website and online store code.

Developed dozens of beautiful responsive websites for small and mid-sized businesses. Met client goals by building large product databases, rep/dealer locators, user portals, API integrations, CRM integrations, Ecommerce, and report generators using over 1 million database records. Employed various filters and dynamic navigation elements with a CMS configured for ease-of-use. Extensive experience in front and backend web development.

Increased conference registrations and removed headaches from registration with a new cloud-based web application used for the management their national conferences. Also developed a database and tools to manage donations on preservethepensions.org, a project which is raising 3.7 million to preserve records from the war of 1812.

Met client needs by developing 200+ page responsive websites, online stores with 800+ products, event management system, a custom-developed one-page checkout with extensive Javascript, and database management tools. I also designed and developed a cutting edge online interactive ordering system where customizable products are visually changed based on user selections so they get a preview of what they are ordering.
