CurrentProvide solutions to customers by recommending products based on their requirements.Develop and perform application-based testing in a variety of pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, depending on the customers need.Apply knowledge of synthetic colours, natural colours, colouring foods and tablet coatings, understand their strengths and limitations in order to better serve customers and give valuable on-the-spot recommendations. Develop new formulations based on market gaps, test efficacy of the new formulations, create QC test plans and present the final solution to clients. Oversee and support production team in trials for newly developed products and troubleshoot issues for established products. Create and provide technical training, sales kits and samples to senior personnel, customers and suppliers.Present on site, to international customers, the colours and coatings portfolio, and the technical results of a related project. Troubleshoot and remedy together with the customer in their facilities to further improve their processes.Manage and prioritize client projects based on their prospect, profit and technical workload to develop new business opportunities.Won “Best Supporting Act 2023” award for exceptional product solutions to clients.
