As a kid growing up in a rural Iowan community, I witnessed and experienced the toll of poor access to quality health care & resources. Since I embarked on a career in healthcare several years ago, I’ve also noticed the negative impact of predominant pricing models in the U.S. healthcare industry. Today, I expand access to high-quality health care and improve the value of health care services by developing and optimizing value-based programs at Cleveland Clinic and working alongside my wife to create and manage Root Dental. Outside of work, I enjoy watching Modern Family re-runs with my wife, reading to my kids, listening to my favorite podcasts, cheering on the Iowa Hawkeyes, and running.
