Root Dental is a family-owned dental practice in Algonquin, IL founded by Dr. Maggie Grothe to inspire healthy lifestyles and optimize patient health through high-quality, comprehensive dental care and education delivered with professionalism, compassion, and fun. Our name is inspired by Dr. Grothe’s passion to address the root causes of dental issues, helping patients not only smile with confidence but live healthier lives. Dr. Grothe and her team love helping patients of all ages smile with a wide range of dental services, from crowns and fillings to root canals and cosmetic procedures. Outside of the office, Dr. Grothe loves getting involved in her community, challenging herself on the Peloton, and spending time with her husband (Ben) and two daughters (Evelyn & Whitney).
