Represent clients in high-value international commercial and investor-state arbitrations under the rules of major international institutions (ICSID, LCIA, ICDR, etc.). Advise on issues of U.S. domestic law and international law, ranging from commercial contract disputes, to public international law, to corporate obligations and best practices in respect of international human rights.

As an associate in the International Litigation and Arbitration and Corporate Social Responsibility practices, represented sovereign states in disputes before international tribunals (including the International Court of Justice and investment arbitration tribunals) and before U.S. federal courts, and conducted assessments of compliance with international human rights norms for private-sector clients.
