I monitored patron safety both swimming and on the pool deck to prevent potential injuries and life threatening scenarios while consistently completing safety checks, including maintaining a proper ph level hourly. Additionally I practiced monthly emergency action procedures including deep water rescues, cardiopulmonary resuscitation, automated external defibrillators, and clearing the pool quickly and effectively with co-workers. I also facilitated lane reservations for high schools, lessons and swim clubs while enforcing pool rules and policies.

I coordinated and implemented practices that taught the 4 main strokes, strengthened proper techniques, and boosted endurance based on ages ranging from 4 - 15 years old. Also, I directed and facilitated swim meets, involving the preparation of psych & heat sheets for both athletes and spectators to enjoy the events.
