I am a hardworking, enthusiastic and approachable IT professional, with a strong interest in computers highlighted through academic success in this area from an early age. I have also developed my commercial awareness and practical IT skills through working in technical support environments within the IT industry, supporting users in field engineer roles. Collaborating in the work place with fellow colleagues has enabled me to develop my interpersonal skills as well as becoming a good listener and a real team player. To further my skills set and to continue my passion for IT I took the initiative to complete a self-funded training course in networking. This has provided me with hands on training and certifications in the troubleshooting, installation and configuration of operating systems. I have been security cleared in the past and would not have any issues going through it again.
