As Operations Director for Resilience Advisors Network UK, I oversee international deployments focused on strengthening civil resilience and emergency preparedness across Europe. Working with a network of over 250 global experts, I help deliver specialist training, including policy development, operational excellence, and disaster risk management. My work ensures that national and local agencies, as well as infrastructure organisations, are equipped to manage crises and respond to emergencies effectively.I have led numerous projects, collaborating with fire services and government bodies across the EU, to enhance their operational capacity. This includes delivering training in incident command, crisis management, and disaster exercises, with a strong focus on fostering resilience at both community and organisational levels.In addition to my role at Resilience Advisors, I am an experienced Incident Commander within the UK Fire & Rescue Service and a qualified RTC and Trauma Instructor, with a strong track record in leading critical emergency responses and training frontline responders.
