A rigorous 15 week long Manager In Training Program aiming to learn the 4 major parts of Pape Material Handling-Parts: Gained extensive knowledge of parts inventory and machine specs in order to support field technicians-Service: Applied parts knowledge by physically working on machines alongside in house shop technicians.-Sales: Spent 2 weeks on the road with PSR's learning how to cold call in person and manage customer relationships. Supported sales administrator with machine freight (pickup/delivery) and communicated with sales team and directly with customers.-Rents: Washing Equipment and learning how a fast paced environment taught me how staying focused and organized will make a huge difference in the business world.

Supporting front of house staff with attention to detail and clear communication. Driven to teach and help customers understand that farm to table is worth choosing over big chain restaurants. Worked full time during summer and part time while taking a full course load at WWU.
