Our goal with this initiative is to provide a comprehensive resource that empowers schools to navigate the complex world of policy and website compliance effectively within the Secondary Educational Sector.

I fulfil Digital Marketing roles ranging from Website Management, Website compliance, and Content Creation. Utilising my experience within the Marketing space I have tailored the homepage to showcase the School's unique Ethos and Values. I linked these new website designs to marketing materials I have created, enabling Christleton to give prospective parents, students, and staff a personable view of what we offer. I have also ran, communicated and actioned a widescale website compliance audit. Co-ordinating with stakeholders to ensure our website is compliant and fulfils regulatory needs.During this time I have also been an integral part of the restructuring of Pastoral and behavioural processes, allowing the School to react to potential safeguarding and behavioural situations in an efficient and streamlined manner.Communicating daily with a broad range of stakeholders such as parents, students and internal/ external staff has allowed me to evolve my delegation and comms skills - As I deal with a wide range of sensitive issues simultaneously and effectively, in a positive and caring manner.

• Developing a social media strategy bespoke to RSK and shareholders • Managing RSK's four main global social media channels: LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram and Facebook • Increasing followers and engagement across all platforms • Establishing processes for more efficient workflows • Developing departmental growth through social media advertisement • Leading the creation and publishing of social media campaigns throughout our company • Growing the focus of employee advocacy • Coordinating the above to exceed company goals whilst following RSK's guiding principles(Ended through redundancy due to pandemic)

I worked with the Proposal Support Centre and the marketing team, whilst also working with a multitude of internal and external clients. Within the PSC my day-to-day tasks involve filing our internal servers and Intranet, taking meeting minutes and assisting other members of the PSC with their tenders and projects. A large proportion of these jobs involve tools such as Excel and Word, I have also used CRM, collating information and stalling it within our system. (Role progressed internally into a marketing role)

As a Data Research Administrator, I worked within a small team conducting in depth research into Law Firms and Licenced Conveyancers. This involved analysing information, collating and creating documents for clients.
