As a Senior Training Specialist, I focused on client data accessibility.Using video, audio, and written materials, as well as instructor-led trainings (ILT), I helped 40 client public media stations transition to new reporting and analytics tools.

At ILC, I worked on a management team of 2 to head the performing arts programs and spaces, including dance, theatre, and magic. The program’s unique demands required us to train, supervise, and support a team of 10 counselors across four spaces.

At CarGurus, I worked on the Hardware Operations team to refresh hundreds of devices across a growing base of users with diverse needs. I also provided endpoint service for computers, events, event spaces, and office setup.I maintained a 100% ticket satisfaction rating, performed integral research, organization, and setup for our Return-to-Office workstations, and constructed the new IT Service Desk.

I worked at CDP as a remote co-op in the latter half of 2020. As a marketing co-op, I proofread hundreds of pages of copy weekly, supported team projects, and independently developed a documentation and training platform for marketing team use. CDP's obsession with member success depended on collective commitment, changing my understanding of how I can most effectively contribute to a team.

HLS Media Services hired me as a co-op in January of 2019, and as a part-time technician in the fall of 2019. There, I learned about enterprise technology, audio-visual equipment, and troubleshooting, as well as customer service and client success. We performed hundreds of audio-visual setups, and supported dozens of walk-in technical problems every week. With a strong community and support system, I gained communication skills and a team-success mindset.

At Lumos, I worked as an instructor for students age 12-15, and as a curriculum developer. As an education startup that emphasizes that "kids are good people," Lumos changed my approach to education, adult learning, patience, and attention. Working from the understanding that everyone can learn under the right conditions, I took ownership for my students' success, and always iterated on new ways to get feedback and understand their concerns.
