Purchased a Wonderware Factory Suite SCADA package and installed it on a single SCADA node in the control room. The plc was a GE series 90/30. I used Versapro software to program. • I built animated displays to show material moving through the Raw plant and Kilns showing temperatures and weights, extruder amps, etc… through various parts of the process. Also had an emissions monitoring system that monitored SO2. I added a BHA particulate detector to the baghouse emissions monitoring. I started with a 64 tag license but it grew to 150 tags. After I reached the 64 tag limit, I purchased Iconics TrenWorx/GraphWorx with a 500 tag license and installed it on the same node. Wonderware was DDE protocol and TrenWorx was OPC database logging to MSAcess. I configured theTrendWorx data logger which was OPC to get tag data from Wonderware which was DDE and both Wonderware and Iconics to the OPClink tool.• Installing a small wireless analog input transmitter and receiver to monitor crusher motor amps. I created tags in Iconics GraphWorx and added an animated object of the crusher to the picture.• Installing 2 150HP reliance VFD’s for each kiln. I programmed drives for remote operation from control room and added plc logic to control on/off and digital speed display on SCADA system. I ran conduit, pulled wire according to NEC and MSHA . I also ran CLX cable and current transducers to monitor primary air fans for kilns. Modified tags and displays in Wonderware

• Employed by electrical-automation contractor on various oilfield and food processing projects. This included conduit and wire installation and terminations, SS tubing installation, transmitter calibration, loop checks and commissioning of equipment. Constructing Control Panels.
