Currently serving as the Senior Customer and Stakeholder Advisor at ConnectSydney since July 2023, I oversee ministerial responses and manage community notifications for significant projects within the organization.My journey with ConnectSydney began in April 2022, initially as a Customer and Stakeholder Advisor, where I successfully managed customer relations across TfNSW's Harbour Zone Network. In this role, I served as a key liaison between ConnectSydney and various local councils, including Sutherland Shire and Canterbury-Bankstown councils.Drawing on a diverse career background, I previously served as a general duties police officer in Hobart, Tasmania, cultivating invaluable skills such as quick decision-making, adept management of conflicting priorities, and effective communication with diverse individuals.My professional experience extends to roles with Broadspectrum, where I served as an Executive Assistant in the North Sydney Head office. In this capacity, I supported high-level executives in Roads, Business Development, Rail, and the Chief Executive for Transport. This experience honed my ability to efficiently manage time and priorities across multiple reports and countries.Prior to this, I dedicated a decade of service to the Royal Australian Navy from 2007 to 2017, serving on HMAS Melbourne and HMAS Newcastle. During this time, I participated in two 6-month Middle East deployments, contributing to counter-narcotics boarding teams.
