Providing approval for skipping sites, usually due to construction. On Sundays, I handled that duty on my own as the only individual in the office.Inventory Management - Maintaining spreadsheets to keep track of which of the 350 data collection units are actively deployed, which units are in a technician vehicle but not deployed, which units are in the office, which units are assigned to currently unmanned vehicles, and which units are being repaired or are broken. If necessary, contacting technicians about any machine that is unaccounted for. Calculating Productivity Metrics for Technicians - I maintained a spreadsheet to calculate how many machines are being put out in the time that's been worked by each team of technicians, as well as how many sites they've visited, and how many of those sites needed to be re-set due to bad data.General File Management - Ensuring files uploaded by each technician are in their correct location in data storage. Also maintaining organized records from each week of work for all technicians. Microsoft Excel, Google Docs, Google Sheets, Microsoft Outlook, GMail, Quickbooks, MyGeoTab, Adobe Acrobat, and Google Earth are all programs necessary for my role. -
