My particular experience and skill set focus on data entry, document management and quality control, client services, and internal system/technical troubleshooting. My philosophy on work is that the three most important things for any employee are to be efficient, reliable, and always willing to learn. The most important thing for management is always the same - clear communication. I want to do good work, but the first step to that is clear communication on things like project timelines, goals/responsibilities, and workload priorities. What does management want done? What task(s) takes precedence? Does this project need to be done in a few weeks, days, or hours? The most important thing I'm seeking in a new position is long term stability. I want something where I can set down some roots and make the start on a proper long-term career. My current goal is to focus on saving for a home with my spouse, and that's only possible with career stability.
