During my time in graduate school, I worked as a graduate researcher at the Furman Center, where I focused on housing and urban policy. I also worked at the Rudin Center, where my research focused the historical, legislative, and political context to New York City's response to the COVID-19 pandemic and Black Lives Matter protests. In addition, I was a graduate fellow at the Policing Project, affiliated with NYU Law School, where I conducted qualitative and quantitative research focused on reimagining the role of police in promoting public safety.

I worked within the Metropolitan Police's Transformation Directorate to champion and implement behavioral and cultural change, helping to keep London safe through more efficient, effective, and ethical policing.In my role, I supported an ambitious transformation portfolio of 11 programs and 85 projects. I worked with teams across the Metropolitan Police Service (MPS) to develop and deliver a behavioral change approach based on the unique needs of each project and each business area of the MPS. This approach included strategic communications, workshops, training days, leadership engagement events, focus groups, and behavioral 'nudges' that made it easy for people to act the way they needed to for our transformation portfolio to drive the expected benefits. I also conducted regular evaluations to measure the impact of my work and understand the high-priority focus areas for the future.In addition to my formal responsibilities, I was selected to ghostwrite speeches for senior leaders and edit all of the Metropolitan Police's nominations to the Home Office for national awards including Member of the British Empire (MBE), Order of the British Empire (OBE), and Queen's Police Medal (QPM).
