I worked at Camp Blackhawk (Go!) delivering 9 straight weeks of quality program and life long memories to the youth of the greater Chicagoland area and further! I directly trained and oversaw a team of Program Area Instructors (14-17yo). My instructors were taught how to create genuine connections with the participant of their programs and how to work effectively as a cohesive unit! The Program Area I oversaw operated with over 20+ different skills courses offered M-F for an hour each. I also developed multiple evening programs to facilitate community and competition for all ages. These evening programs were planned with the feedback received from participants via my instructors.
