As a Completion Coach, I serve a campus-defined cohort of 220 students who are first-generation, low-income, and/or students of color, with a focus on college persistence and completion. Many of the students I work with are non-traditional students. I assist students with navigating higher education as an institution by working directly with students on:-FAFSA completion-Satisfactory Academic Progress appeals-Navigating the withdrawal process -Interpreting their degree audit- Improving time management skills -Identifying academic and career goals-Navigating relationships with their professors -Connection to campus and community resources

Advisor and advocate to the Student Government Association's Executive Cabinet. Responsible for managing 124+ student organization representatives and collaborating with University Administration to implement practical student-centered policies and initiatives. I work directly with the office of the Student Body President and Vice President as well as other campus community leaders.

Worked as a Live-In Paraprofessional Staff Member for the CMU Office of Residence Life. Served as the friend, mentor, and advisor as part of a collaborative team delivering the ResLife LinC Curriculum to over 200+ Students via virtual educational content, conflict prevention and management, relationship-building, and life skills development. Individually planned and developed content for multiple events for a diverse range of undergraduate students at a regional state institution.

I served as a Program Area Director for Pathways to Adventure Council’s premier summer camp over the 2019 season! Owassipee Scout Reservation provides the beauty of the outdoors and the pinnacle of the scouting program to over 1800+ youth and even more adults each summer! I worked at Camp Blackhawk (Go!) delivering 9 straight weeks of quality program and life long memories to the youth of the greater Chicagoland area and further! I directly trained and oversaw a team of Program Area Instructors (14-17yo). My instructors were taught how to create genuine connections with the participant of their programs and how to work effectively as a cohesive unit! The Program Area I oversaw operated with over 20+ different skills courses offered M-F for an hour each. I also developed multiple evening programs to facilitate community and competition for all ages. These evening programs were planned with the feedback received from participants via my instructors. I am double certified nationally by the Boy Scouts of America as a Program Director and as an Outdoor Skills Area Director and have extensive experience planning, budgeting, and executing both small and large scale programs to a variety of patrons.

Served the youth of the BSA program by hiring and training a broad range of staff members ages 14-65 to deliver the Scouting program at one of the USA's premier summer camps. Developed marketing materials and managed daily social media posts during both the offseason and peak season.Assisted the Director in managing a variety of administrative and facility concerns.
