Intelligence Surveillance And Reconnaissance Specialist, 25 Af A2/3
Led 25 AF efforts to integrate and identify Distributed Common Ground Station (DCGS) and National space capabilities into USAF intelligence operations and exercise events. Identified and implemented doctrinal ISR Number Air Force (NAF) responsibilities and capabilities to ensure Combat Air Force (CAF) training and operational integration needs were met. Coordinated efforts across 25 AF headquarters, subordinate Wings and Squadrons, as well as Air Combat Command (ACC) staff elements. Briefed senior 25 AF leadership on developmental and emerging capabilities from across the Air Force and the IC; acted as functional authority on ISR issues, created planning and integration strategies to ensure timely delivery as well as training and exercise support. Only non-USAF Weapons School graduate invited to participate in 2017 ACC Weapons and Tactics conference DCGS side-bar discussions. Lead 25 AF planning effort for USAF’s premier training exercise – RED FLAG 17-1; organized ACC, 25 AF, and Wing training requirements for over 5,000 US and international exercise participants to ensure successful objective completion during three-week exercise event; conducted weekly briefings to 25 AF leadership on exercise events and outcomes.
Contract Lead For United States European Command (Eucom) And United States Africa Command (Africom)
Devised and led NRO engagement with EUCOM and AFRICOM based intelligence organizations across two diverse Combatant Commands (COCOMs) in order to provide access to and education about the NRO enterprise. Provided one-on-one training to COCOM leadership on NRO tool-suite and developed new methods to visualize and create collection management plans for the employment of both air-breathing and National assets. Represented both EUCOM and AFRICOM at NRO User Needs Forum meetings, identified and interpreted Joint doctrine to communicate COCOM intelligence capability needs in order to meet and defeat threats in the operational environment. Created briefings and information papers for the Director, NRO, on performance of NRO capabilities in support of Command objectives. Advised COCOM and NRO leadership on the inclusion of Structured Observation Management (SOM), Activity Based Intelligence (ABI) and intelligence fusion into current and future NRO capabilities.

Led analytic support mission for the Distributed Common Ground Station-4 Analysis and Reporting Team (DART). Conducted real time intelligence collection, Processing, Exploitation and Dissemination of Signals Intelligence and Geospatial Intelligence for EUCOM, CENTCOM and AFRICOM based customers during peacetime and combat operations. Coordinated and developed Multi Discipline Intelligence ISR strategies with, local, theater and national collection agency assets; developed first of its kind theater to national collection tip-off process. Supported daily ISR and combat operations in the EUCOM, AFRICOM, and CENTCOM AORs. Developed visual and temporal multi-INT / fused intelligence targeting methodology for kinetic strikes now employed at US Air Forces Central Command (US AFCENT), Combined Joint Task Force – Operation Inherent Resolve, and across the DCGS enterprise. Developed and reviewed daily DCGS intelligence product dissemination to the intelligence community and ensured adherence to applicable ICD 203, 206 and 208 standards as well as USSID 9 and 18 criteria. Identified intelligence and planning gaps and provided lessons learned to Combatant Commanders in order to optimize their ISR resources. Provided timely and accurate intelligence products in both oral and written form to ensure mission success. Conducted daily intelligence analysis coordination with USAFE and AFAFRICA decision makers. Steered daily interaction with Defense Intelligence Agency and all national level Intelligence Community members. Spear-headed DCGS cyber-targeting initiative in effort to counter developing threat system. Supported 10th Special Forces Group / Special Operations Command Forward–West Africa (SOCFWD–WA) to provide DCGS liaison functions, multi-INT/multi-platform coordination, and senior level analysis to ongoing contingency operations. Actively coordinated intelligence collection efforts with foreign military partners via various EUCOM and AFRICOM engagement programs.
Special Operations Contract Lead - Nro Client
Coordinated with military, and civilian leadership, as well as Intelligence Community (IC) partner organizations in order to manage all aspects of the NRO’s relationship with US Special Operations forces. Directed integration of new technologies to support US Special Operations missions and personnel engaged in world-wide operations in order to meet command intelligence and force protection goals and requirements.
