Driven Business Management student at the University of Chichester, currently working in Sourcing at Baker Hughes as a year in industry placement. My passion in my work is focused on learning from those around me and trying to convert that into my own knowledge and unique insights I can provide to others to improve organisations. Currently focusing on strengthening my competencies and skills in project management, team coordination and project planning to both fulfil my current role and for future career progression going forward.In my time at University I have been fortunate enough to be able to expand my knowledge across all areas of a business from accounting, law and enterprise planning to operations management and Human Resource management, in my time I’ve felt particularly passionate about theories of person management and leadership and am seeking opportunity to grow these skills going forward.
