Transferred to Tchibo Manufacturing as part of a larger restructuring activity where the responsibility for strategic coffee production planning shifted from logistics to manufacturing.I retained the responsibility for instant coffee production, and was furthermore responsible for:- Strategic production planning for groud coffee pouches for our Coffee Service department, as well as for key Eastern European markets- Monitoring of print orders for packaging (foil, cartons) for the aforementioned products- Placing & managing orders for our supplier for instant sticks, as well as dispatching new pickups- Production planning for coffee displays- Monitoring of aging coffee stock

During my first two years at Tchibo, I was responsible for:- Strategic production planning for instant coffee- Monitoring stock levels & placing new orders for NooS articles, with a focus on furniture and coffee core articles- Managing stock levels for loading materials (pallets, multiuse plastic containers, roll cages) in the DACH region- Sending weekly return advices to all shops in Germany for the collections that are being phased out, as well as sending individual advices to specific shops on requestI furthermore was involved in the project where we revamped our return goods processing and migrated it to SAP R/3.
