Developed training methods and guidelines that increased the learning outcome and productivity of candidates and their effectiveness after graduation from training. Worked with multiple state and government agencies to support training and increase immersion for the students and fellow instructors. Created training products and methods while conducting operations in hazardous conditions with limited resources. Re-designed outdated training portions to keep up to date with the changes in the civilian and military operations. Focus on safety was always prioritized for both mental and physical well being. While the course is graded on the ability for the students to perform their duties the unwritten guidance of the best instructors was their ability to lead and create leaders. Developing leaders in the worst possible conditions under immense pressure is the greatest achivement in my career and am actively seeking the ability to contine to develop myself and others in this realm.
