Primary Care Operations Manager
Current-Responsible for all aspects of the daily operation of two Primary Care clinics including staff supervision, monitoring patient flow, budgeting and acting as a liaison with patients, providers, hospital departments and administration.-Clinics showed improved patient experience scores from 26th percentile rank to the 93rd percentile rank over first year in position.-Improved hiring and retention through: -increased oversight of training and onboarding process, -an emphasis on clear, closed-loop communications, -impactful strategies for performance management, and -culturally sensitive conflict-resolution methods.-Manages professional relationships with several internal departments and vendors.-Directly supports initiatives to enhance patient experience and provides first line problem solving for staff and patient concerns.-Partners with the Operational Director to design and implement business strategies to support process improvement that is aligned with Samaritan Medical Group pillars.-Leads regularly scheduled clinic staff meetings as well as business meetings with clinic practitioners.
