Setting the weekly advertisements throughout the store while making sure each customer received outstanding service from the time they entered the store until the time they drove away. Duties for each employee and loss preventions and/or safety issues throughout the store. Unloading a truck weekly and ensuring proper merchandising to keep the store's appearance up; building displays to present the latest sale items to the consumer. Maintaining a clean and presentable image at all times while working every second to ensure that improvement was always a forward process and never a disgression. Approving transactions of all type's, while filling out a detailed daily workboard, writing schedule's, and pushing the store's performance.
