Duties include: Customer service trained, money handling, Barista and serving trained, general cleaning and upkeep as well as food and beverage handling.

Fully Line Trained - Duties include: Food cooking, food handling, cleaning and organizing station, saute, flat top, fryer, forno oven, broiler trained, general cleaning, garbage removal, flipping and restocking ingredients, food plating, portioning prep ingredients and packaging. As well as practicing teamwork in a rush environment.

Day to day kitchen handling, all food handling and food prep. Food packaging and displaying, cleaning and organizing the kitchen, baking from scratch all baked goods (cookies, loafs, muffins, bars etc.) Product ordering, opening cafe duties, customer service, basic barista duties and serving, and training assisting.

Clothing departments. Duties included: Receiving merchandise, organizing and displaying merchandise, advising customers on their purchases, helping with promotions, serving customers, and restocking and destocking merchandise, and ability to work in a team environment with various workers, floor set changes.

Summer recreation worker, duties include: cooking and prepping lunches, money handling, answering and transferring phone calls, supervising children, coaching league teams, working with children’s programs, helping children and adults, cleaning, mopping, organizing equipment, supervising other workers with activities, know emergency procedures, and working in a team environment with other rec workers. Summer student working with children’s programs at the Samson Community Wellness, facilitating children’s programs as well as data entry, making lunches, training the younger summer students on working with children, working with day camps for children during summer, filing, assisting with mail outs and cheque handling and organizing community events.
