• Integrating silicon validation software test binaries with a system level test sequencer using bash scripting as a temp contractor for Google. • Working extensively with Google’s tools including Piper, Cider V, Critique, Buganizer, DeviceCloud. • Created tests for hardware devices in C# that interface with Qualcomm’s test management software. Functionality included verifying the format of device IDs, managing COM port connections on a remote PC, and simulating network traffic for new tester development.• Developed python scripts to set up servers for test benches, including flashing the kernel/installing required software etc. Created an extensive document detailing test bench setup to coordinate overseas team who had English as a second language.• Worked on testing three hardware projects including a server-based AI accelerator and a Snapdragon laptop processor. Developed, packaged, and released test programs, monitoring their performance at the satellite testing facilities and modifying them as needed. Extensively debugged faulty test hardware, software, and devices to determine root causes of failures.• Used Python and Excel to perform data analysis and create visualizations/presentations for a variety of teams. Examples include a test time reduction study to characterize inefficiencies in Qualcomm’s test management software, searching test data to find files that had gone missing due to bugs in a vendor’s software, and analyzing device performance data to determine a new performance cutoff for an AI accelerator.

● Developed neural network and decision tree based machine learning models in python to predict radiation belt data from the NOAA POES/METOP satellite constellation from ground based geomagnetic indices.● Predicted 60% of radiation storms hazardous to satellites and space crews 1-2 days in advance with only ground based measurements.● Learned to apply data preprocessing methods and analysis to improve models and give physical explanation for why the model works.
