My name is Benjamin Joseph and I major in Business Administration. Being involved in the business world has always been an aspiration on mine since I was young. The way the business world works and thrives has always been an attraction to me. From investments to profit and losses, to revenue, expenses, the management aspects, the success, the failure, every bit and piece when it comes to business has always been of strong interest to me. Growing up in the church I have learned a lot. Getting older, making mistakes and accepting responsibility was not easily learned but through Gods grace I was able to become a new. Learning from my mistakes and to not dwell in them was one of the biggest lessons of all. My development of character and knowledge has a lot to do with my role in the church. I am the leader of the Media and Music department of my church. Being in that role has allowed me to view things differently and develop many helpful skills and attributes. Skills such as early preparation, time management, precise organization and team development. Honing those skills day by day has allowed me to take those skills and use them in the college environment. My time in LaGuardia Community College has proven useful, proven by the rise in GPA and in credits. Currently I am on route to completing the Associates Degree Program. After graduating from LaGuardia I look to transfer to a 4 year school where I am looking to earning a Bachelors and Masters Degree in Business Administration.
