During my internship some of my responsibilities included:- Publishing duties included: fostering relationships with potential advertisers, maintaining the website (daily story posts/event calendar updates), and reviewing/editing of stories- Generating story ideas on a weekly basis - Covering community events ranging from school fundraisers to town selectmen meetings- Promoting the publication through social media- Photography of story subjects
