I am a passionate, motivated, and dedicated meteorologist looking to diversify my skillset. I have 7 years of experience as a scientific coder and 6 years of experience in forecasting, 2 of which are in a professional operational environment with Atmospheric Science Technology. I have also provided specialized decision support services to our clients, such as providing vigorous lightning watch in remote, data-sparse regions of the equatorial and subtropical Pacific. I would be particularly excited about a job that would give me time off of the screen and out in the field.
