• Responsible for effective provisioning, installation/configuration, operation, and maintenance of systems hardware and software and related infrastructure.• Offer technical support and maintenance of the ICT server infrastructure so as to ensure that system availability objectives of the company are met.• Enforce defined standards, procedures, policies and best practices in management of ICT Infrastructure.• Ensuring adequate data protection measures are in place and that these are tested on a regular basis.• Monitoring of ICT infrastructure within the company so as to ensure an appropriate level of system availability and security.• Coordinate projects with vendors, telecommunication companies, customers, other divisions of the Information Services Department and other entities as required.• Terminate various types of cable for connectivity to various types of electronic equipment; and install wireless network equipment.• ERP support/development (ICABS and Scala)
