I implemented an inventory… Show more Stepping into my role as Beverage Director for Dabic Hospitality I am responsible for curating a beverage program for all three restaurants tailored specifically to each venue and clientele. The fine dining experience for patrons is a priority that is reflected in the cocktail menus and experience. I have been instrumental in fostering & maintaining brand partnerships to help the venues thrive by negotiating brand deals for our well spirits and cocktail menu items. I implemented an inventory system across the multiple locations which provided systematic processing of inventory and keeping an eye on dead stock. Hiring and training individuals on our service standards to create the bar team that has championed our restaurants has been a priority as we look to reopen our doors. Throughout the pandemic our industry has been forced to adapt to survive. During this time I have successfully created and run an at-home beverage program using brand relationships. This program includes tailored cocktail kits, wine and whiskey tasting boxes paired with meal boxes along with added seminars over zoom to provide a complete customer experience known as ‘The Butcher Chef at Home’. I have taken on the added responsibility of designing a new company website and managing daily social media content and menu creation to promote the business and generate revenue. Show less

Bar Supervising at Death & Taxes has extended my business operations knowledge outside of bartending. My responsibilities include inventory and ordering all dry goods and liquor for service and creating weekly features focusing on overstocked product, and events around the city. I value the importance of effective communication to all staff members involving cocktail culture and in house procedures and updates.
