• Responsible for both Altinget.se’s key accounts and for the business development in digital news I am fortunate to lead a small team of highly motivated colleagues of what is Altinget Denmark’s first internationalization into the Nordics.• Successfully outsourced and facilitates part of the sales process which within the first 6 months running, lead to an increase of the number of test-subscription sign ups by almost 500% for 20% of the inhouse cost. • Accomplished organic annual growth in sales of 20+ % for the last 4 years by constantly executing new ways to increased output, expand both customer base and spend and develop new products & services always closely together with our customer.• Being customer obsessed I am always vivid driver for obtaining deeper customer insights, more accurate segmentation and at Altinget.se I have had the opportunity to implement several service innovations and redesigns of the customer journey, many deriving from my Exec. MBA studies. • Parallel with strong organizational growth during my 3 first years at Altinget.se I’ve been strongly contribution on project towards more data driven decision-making and agile workflows.• Developed clearer roles inhouse for Account manager and Key Account Manager functions which leads to an almost 100% increase in new customers and an 19% increase in spend/customer. • The sum of the above have been instrumental in helping Altinget.se successfully establishing itself as a highly respected impartial political outlet in Sweden.

• Explored commercial opportunities within the food and feed sector with sustainable proteins, with focus on protein derived from insects, Biofloc (single cell protein). The experience profoundly deepened my technical and stakeholder knowledge within the sustainable feed/food and start-up sector but due to limited market maturity, lagging legislating and new opportunities I decided to fold this project after just 7 months.

• Recruited together with an colleague to set up the Dry freight derivatives desks for TP ICAP group to executed world class broking services in London, Geneva, Singapore and Copenhagen.• Starting up in a highly competitive and depressed market space I created new business but also successfully migrated my previous professional relationships with key clients including some of the world’s largest investment banks, hedge funds and blue chip trading houses. • I managed to add further client value and hereby increased profits by creating more tailormade trading recommendations by more effectively utilizing ICAP’s large analytics desk. • Our small team gained an impressive global market share in the Panamax FFA segment within our first 9 months of operating. The global freight derivatives market has a notional annual value of USD 150 Billion.

• Responsible for the growth of global market share and presence in the Supramax FFA segment. • In charge of building and leading a stellar team of 3, resulting in becoming market leaders in under 2 years by increasing our market share from 14% to 37%. The Supramax freight derivatives market has a annual notional value (2023) of nearly 6 Billion US$• To increase challenging trading liquidity, I created user groups, new partnerships both internally/externally and initiated FFA workshops, leading to a growth in market share by 23%, totalling 37%. • Created new business with our target market by encouraging, developing and implementing team innovations in our product portfolio and data services.
