I manage and support colleagues in all facets of a multiyear Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) contract for Land Records (Cadastral) Support with the Bureau of Land Management (BLM). In this capacity, I was responsible for the initial procurement award of the BPA. I lead the development of technical and cost proposals in response to BPA task orders. As a Product Owner, I regularly engage with internal colleagues regarding internal and external technical and project management directives. I serve the customer by analyzing and recommending technical solutions based on subject matter expertise. I also ensure that expectations for each task are clearly understood and communicated between colleagues and customer stakeholders. Other regular activities include assisting colleagues with: Leading multi-agency working groups, GSA schedule maintenance, subcontractor identification and onboarding, software sales, monthly and annual revenue forecasting.
