Suppliers include Graybar, Platt, Granger, Alameda Electric, and Home Depot Pro desks across the Sacramento region.· Tasked with setting finish schedules to keep sites on course for completion. Getting estimated work done on Fridays to relay the finish date to the Tech Services Department.· Setting daily and weekly goals with leads to make sure the company is profitable throughout the builds.·Pushing productivity through analysis of time spent and to determine what processes are needed to keep progressing forward with all school builds.·Weekly site walks with leads to see site progress and give feedback on where we are at on the build. Finding better solutions to delays is the biggest reason for visits aside from safety and positive reinforcement.· Final site walks with School District Personnel to show what was installed and how we were able to accomplish the build. Go over IDFs to show cable management and rack placement, go over cable runs to show J hooks were used throughout the build, going through conduit runs on why the paths were chosen, and going over the Panduit runs to show how we were able to hide the cable from site. Turn over all cable tests done on our Fluke tester with Versiv technology.· Finding solutions for routing of CAT-6A cabling during the build is common. Sometime avoidance of fire walls, use of conduit or Panduit, and ceiling suspension options are determined by the solution walks.

Work with electrician team to get power solutions to maximize potential.·Worked in tower shelters with site leads to clean up existing cabling issues and ensure our processes are being followed.·Instructed site leads on cable management both inside the shelters and along the rad. Being on the tower and looking to see where we can improve quality or keep existing standards.·Maintained an up to date list of all equipment on trucks, in the warehouse, and on order to keep productivity moving forward. Andrews connectors, PPC connectors, Trilogy connectors, Andrews Cable, Trilogy Cable, RFS cable along with having Andrews or Commscope antennas.Programmed Axel, Comba, and Fiplex bidirectional amplifiers within the MDF or MPOE closets.Trained customers and company employees on Commscope splitters, Commscope couplers, Ridgid reaming tool, Ridgid compression tool, JMA connectors, Andrews connectors, weatherization tape and how to apply properly, occasionally Trilogy connectors by hand, as well as the bend radius difference between RFS, Andrews, and Trilogy cables. More seasoned technicians would also receive training on Anritsu PIM Testing, signal sweeps, and signal generator. Leads would be trained on spectrum analyzer in case I was not able to do initial testing.Utilization of APC, Fiplex, Comba battery backups was very common on public safety sites as well as some carrier sites. Meeting with Project Managers to ensure proper units were ordered with the correct suppliers.Worked directly with police and fire departments in Santa Clara County on times and dates for testing, setting up appointments for radio pickups, and scheduling of police and fire personnel for sign offs were my responsibilities.
