As Primary Smoking Cessation Program facilitator, utilized medical standards and materials to assist military retirees and veterans to quit smoking. Counseled participants on what to expect, coached them through quitting process, and provided dietary instruction. Added additional materials such as films and power-point presentations to further aid participants. Taught a total of 71 students, of which 63 successfully completed the course "smoke-free."

Taught over 150 students, both in medical organization and in other base agencies. Researched and wrote keynote historical speech for top enlisted member of division.
