As a Specialty Chief and Subject Matter Expert, I serve as the leader of a team of Airborne Cryptologic Language Analyst Instructors and Evaluators, and students in training. My general responsibilities in this role are developing, mentoring, and defining requirements for airborne flight instructors, managing all evaluations and training events for a five-event airborne training syllabus, and reviewing and validating $10.5M courseware material. This includes tracking 2.6k daily readiness requirements for 760 annual training events, validating 6.3k certifications for aircrew instructors, and delivering weekly/monthly/annual progress reports and manpower requirements to leadership regarding the status of the training mission.As an Instructor/Evaluator, I have conducted 80+ simulator and airborne training events, and have earned the unique distinction of being considered "Exceptionally Qualified" in this position.

While in this role, I managed production efforts for an office section, ensuring timely processing of intelligence collection. I was able to develop a first-ever job qualification standard for the position of those members which I oversaw. Additionally, I led a team of auditors, analysts, and reporters by tracking training currency, verifying validity of access, and conducting risk assessment, all in order to guarantee compliance with presidential directives.While transitioning out of this position, I was able to conduct on-the-job training with my replacement which led to reduced acclimation time and the mitigation of capability loss.
