Senior Project Manager
CurrentDirectly responsible for winning new business and developing repeat business.Manage product development execution with cross-functional global engineering team members. Manage stakeholders’ expectations including project scope, schedule, budget, risks, and deliverable.Manage projects to successful financial execution.Effectively develop and manage partnerships with manufacturing, supply chain, and suppliers.Ensure designs are successfully introduced into Manufacturing. Contribute to the development of future company leaders.Accountable for the project P&L, AR, and sales forecasts ensuring variances are forecast.Create and own project proposals, which include the plan, schedule, budget, risks and assumptions. Participate in initial customer meetings, capabilities presentations, technical and business discussions.Develop project estimates considering feasibility, cost, schedule, capabilities, resourcing, and contract. Prioritize projects with directors and managers to ensure consistency with company objectives. Develop strategies and processes required to win new opportunities. Assign project team members assuring adequate leadership, experience, and technical expertise. Provide timely feedback regarding team member performance ensuring expectations are met and roadblocks removed. Execute conflict resolution and negotiation strategies to internal and external situations as required.
