To manage content for SeanLJE's digital channels which include but not limited to: Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and YouTube. Experiment with and recommend alternative ways to leverage social media to the advantage of Sean's audience. Also being able to stay abreast of digital trends that can be augmented to benefit Sean's brand ambitions.

Reporting directly to the Creative Head. My responsibilities includes and not limited to the ideation and conceptualization of content with the creative team, social team and also the various departments in the company, as well as the coordination of all production jobs. Putting on a hybrid role which also allows me to be hands on with the executions of content for various social channels(Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok) - videography, photography, motion graphics, graphic designing, voice over etc.

- Work closely with the social media team to create video content for various platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, YouTube etc.- Sitting in ideation processes for content that helps and drives DAU. Creating Content that increases awareness. Social engagement. - Brainstorm video concepts and storyboards and scripts with the creative team to be reviewed by the marketing team.- Strategize video shoots and work collaboratively cross-department/team to acquire talents and products/props needed for the shoot.- Handle video equipment such as lighting, audio and camera during shoot day and non shoot days. - Direct talent as needed during shoots.- Provide company event coverages by capturing appropriate footages and compile to showcase and present company events appropriately.- Involve in creation of photography artworks and visual communications collaterals for internal use.- Produce gallery and marketing still photoshoots. Departments request as such, social, pr, branding. - Coordinate with outside freelancers on a project basis when needed. - Manage PR/Marketing assistant, as relates to sample coordination for shoots.- Support Art Director in any other needs or requests.- Be part of a team of Lazada Live, including end-to-end sourcing for talents to be featured, drive content strategy and monitor production and post-production processes, if any.- Director of Photography. Handling all aspects of livestream's production from lighting, audio, camera, talents, props, etc.- Involve in broadcast/livestream process. - Develop creative ways to enhance or improve production workflow.- Coordinate with crew, talent and supporting contracts during broadcast/livestreams.- Other ad hoc tasks as needed.
