Notable Achievements:- Was involved in driving the communications plan for the National Training Week (NTW) 2023, Malaysia's first training-focused week. The initiative accumulated 284 media coverages while being featured on 2 cover stories (The Star and Utusan Malaysia), 3 TV programmes namely RTM Bicara Rakyat, RTM Biz Malaysia and Bernama.- Drafted the royal address of the 16th Yang Di-pertuan Agong of Malaysia for the National Human Capital Conference & Exhibition 2023.Key tasks include:- Producing media collaterals such as press releases, factsheet, and media briefing notes.- Drafting speeches for the Minister of Human Resources, and the top management of the organisation.- Preparing Q&A briefing documents for top management attending media interviews.- Proofreading materials such as product brochure, information decks and other relevant documents.- Pitching for media stories and preparing advertorial contents.- Managing agencies providing media monitoring services to the organisations.

As part of the PR & Media Team. Responsibilities include:1) Producing media collaterals such as press releases and media kits.2) Producing other corporate materials such as company related articles and presentation slides for the management.3) Media monitoring on company related news and producing monthly media coverage reports.4) Coordinating with other departments to ensure that the information for the media notes of CEO are up to the date.5) Supporting the production of the Annual Report of the company.6) Proofreading the language for company related materials such as online promotional materials, product brochures and other related materials that are disseminated to the public.7) Planning, executing and supporting the Corporate Responsibility initiative of the company.8) Providing translation across 3 languages which are English, Bahasa Malaysia and Chinese.9) Supporting the team in other tasks such as events, branding initiatives and other ad-hoc matters.

As part of the media relations team, business as usual tasks include media monitoring and ensuring timely updates on the corporate website, drafting festive messages for the Group CEO, drafting, editing and disseminating media collateral and also maintaining rapport with media contacts.Other responsibilities includes handling the media aspect of deparmental happenings such as drafting media releases, disseminating and following up on media invites and department events such as Corporate press conferences on a Group level or involving ministers. CSR events are also within my ambit as well.Another key function of my role involves ensuring the smooth production of corporate materials by drafting and editing articles in annual reports, corporate newsletter of the Group and also other Group related written materials intended for the internal and external audience. Apart from that, my role sees me taking up the role of the coordinator between suppliers and the management to produce Corporate items such as corporate videos, festive greeting cards and Group calendar.
