I started out in the construction fields early in life quickly leading the crews I was attached to, anytime I switched fields. These mechanical skills continue to serve me today, when equipment malfunctions. I have been in the medical field since 1990, starting out as an Army medic, and quickly becoming an Army nurse. I worked in the Army float pool on high tech floors (ICU's, Burn unit, ED, Pedi ICU ) at their flagship hospital Brooke Army Medical center in San Antonio, TX. This well rounded experience left me with the critical thinking skills I would develop, and hone even today. I strive to be the backbone of any position I am placed in.
