Primarily responsible for the movement of any and all digital media required by the company. This takes the form of file transcoding, transfer, restore, archive, and delivery of all manner of files. Involved in the VFX pipeline at the delivery stage/ any time of posting to the client. Maintained a library of hard drives as well as a library of props through CETA software. Assisted with arrival/delivery of all personal and business related packages sent by employees, with extra effort made to secure the best method of shipping in regards to time and price.

Head Runner lead team of runners during a period when we were currently looking for a new manager, which meant taking on the responsibilities of running the team. Acted as a dispatcher for runners facilitating any and all needs both inside and outside of the building. Ordered lunches, dispatched drivers, liased between producers and my team to meet the needs of clients. Required intensive focus and organization as well as preparation. Required me to earn the respect of my team, which I did by listening to concerns and addressing them with upper management to find solutions to problems, as well as taking personal responsibility for the actions of the team. Practiced daily communication through groupme app as well as multiple emails. Often times needed to be problem solve using diplomacy as resources were limited in a high stress environment. Also needed to purchase inventory for a staff of 200, including kitchen stock and office supplies.
