* Responsible for technology evolving and developing in Baozun, and constructing core technology team to provide internal technical support for all technical related requirements such as system design, core components developing & urgent issue handling.* Establish R&D team, and develop product for B2C brandstore* Lead the development of Nebula B2C brandstore product. Over 40 top tier international brands, incl. Nike, Microsoft, Samsung, Gucci, Michael Kors, Coach, Levi’s, Calvin Klein, Tommy Hilfiger, adidas, build and run their brandstore on this product. * Implement ISO27001 in the company and pass the assessment.* Finish SOA refactoring for e-commerce SCM(Supplier Chain Management) Platform * Launch Blanja.com, an e-commerce marketplace, in Indonesia. Lead a team of 40 people working on this project for 6 months. The last 3 months the team wroks on site in Indonesia. Also act as the chief architect to define core structure for both hardware & software.* Setup Infrastructure team to upgrade company’s Intranet & Data center. Migrate some of the services to cloud.

Responsible for setting up B2C store with customer requirements and upgrade for Baozun internal SCM platform.- Oct. 2012Launch B2C store for Microsoft in China with very tight schedule and zero defect. Online Software sales is also supported with ESD integration 2 months later.- Aug. 2012Finish OMS (Order Management System) Core parts upgrade from 2.0 to 3.0 (technology change from Java Web Start to Standard Lightweight Browser-Server Java Applications), adding working flow management & many other useful features. New development specification is also provided to guide future customization & upgrade.- Apr. 2012Launch PepsiTmall project. This project is cooperated with three sides: Pepsi China, Tmall & Baozun. This platform is tightly linked with Tmall platform and provide new experience which Tmall does not have for cosumers. Over 5 billion Pepsi UTC codes are redeemed in this platform with no pressure.- Nov. 2011Finish WMS (Warehouse Management System) upgrade from 2.0 to 3.0, adding process to match the requirements for all types of products in 5 industries such as 3C & apparels, supporting inhouse operation with barcode scanner & handset devices to improve the work efficiency. - Oct. 2010Launch B2C store for Nike in China, setting up VMI (Vendor management Inventory) model with integration with Nike POS/SAP systems.
