The assistant team lead position at InfoMart means that I am one of the first points of contact when someone within the company needs something or a client issue needs escalation, but the department manager is away.Many day-to-day duties remain similar to the Senior Account Representative position, but the assistant team lead has the added responsibility of assisting team members on other accounts when escalated conflicts arise as well as dealing with higher level decisions related to contracts, pricing, hiring criteria, etc. Upper level management will typically ask me for special ad-hoc reports and projects related to the performance of the dept.This position also requires one to spearhead the conducting of interviews for potential new employees.

In addition to the duties of a Corporate Accounts Support Specialist, the Senior Account Representative position serves as the stepping stone into leadership within the company. This position is an account management position. The Senior Representative serves as the main point of contact for the client and their management team, as well as one of the customer service team's leaders and liaison to management.In addition to general customer service duties, the senior rep has several extra responsibilities:-Providing extra “ad hoc” reports to the client upon request. -Interpreting and manipulating data in Microsoft Excel in order to present data in an understandable way.-Interpreting and formatting the client’s background check criteria into an understandable composition for the quality assurance department, who grades the background check profiles-Communicating managerial and upper-level client decisions to the account team-Communicating and managing work shifts within the team to insure phone proper coverage-Attending visits to the client’s office in order to conduct and present quarterly business reviews.-Holding team members accountable for the completion of work requested by the client-Performing monthly and annual team member performance reviews-Handling conflict resolution and addressing problem areas discovered amongst team members

The Corporate Accounts Support Specialist position is first and foremost a customer service position. Along with general customer service skills, this position requires the ability to multitask and manage multiple corporate-level clients who are performing Pre-employment background screenings.Typical requirements of this position include:-Providing general status updates via phone, live chat, or email-Pulling data from internal record systems for daily turnaround or status reports-Manipulating data in Microsoft Excel -Ensuring that invoices and daily reports are accurate and delivered to our clients on time.-Building good working relationships with clients through empathy and problem solving-Learning and exhibiting knowledge of FCRA standards for reporting background checks-Interpreting the unique processes that 3rd party entities follow (such as courts or criminal history searching vendors) and explaining them to clients in order to properly provide status or a reason for a delay.-Handling and properly protecting personal applicant information on a daily basis-Handling irate or angry customers and escalating problems to management when appropriate

Every week, I was responsible for planning and organizing a worship service for the ministry's weekly meeting. I picked appropriate songs to play, which band members to use (out of a pool of 20 or so volunteer musicians), and scheduled practice times.
