Developed new techniques for monitoring multiple extrusion line parameters, including line speed, screw RPM's, feeder RPM's, and puller speed using LabVIEW 2016 software. Worked on a team project which involved acquiring temperature, pressure, voltage, and current readouts from extrusion lines into a computer through a Data Acquisition Board. Performed analyses on Autodesk Simulation CFD 2014 to help determine different fill patterns for new parts coming into production. These simulations were performed in both 2D and 3D scenarios to make simulation as authentic as possible.
