I have over 26 years in the customer service/automotive industry. The first four years at Kline Toyota (currently Priority Toyota) I started in the service department. I worked as an Assistant Service Manager, a Service Writer, and a Technician. The past 22 years I have been in the parts department at Priority Toyota Chesapeake. I have created special orders, stock orders and filled orders. I have checked in the stock order, put the stock away, create estimates, communicate with retail and wholesale customers. I have helped the parts department with computer/technical problems without the need of contacting our IT department because sometimes they are just too busy to take care of it now. I enjoy figuring out problems either with a part for a car or our computer systems. I am mechanically and technically inclined and have great customer service skills. My hobbies include singing in my church choir and computers/technology.
