Involved in the implementation of the new athletics logo, which was released in October 2015, with the goal to improve on branding for the overall department. Twitter followers of the athletic department’s account increased by over 375% and Facebook “likes” have increased by more than 350%. Helped to serve as one of the conduits between just over 400 student-athletes and 68 coaches/staff and the first point of contact to the general public, the media and the outside world in general. Furthermore, aided in the promotion of the university, the department, the football program and former student-athlete Malcolm Butler following his game winning interception for the New England Patriots in Super Bowl 49 on February 1, 2015. Worked with local and national media to properly publicize the well-deserved accomplishments of Butler and the program.
